That’s me (looking moody)
I love holidays!
Hi,
I’m a regular middle aged guy, with regular middle aged responsibilities, a regular job, a family with 3 teenage kids, a mortgage and bills to pay, but me and Mrs Dude love holidays and travelling!
Whether its escaping for a weekend to the countryside on a motorbike, with no plans fixed or travelling the other side of the world on an organised tour for 2 weeks, we love being in new places, meeting new people, learning new customs and eating new foods.
I’m not some young hip and trendy travel blogger with 1m Instagram followers, nor do I have a private jet, in fact I don’t really do 5 star!
Give me a 2 star hotel on a busy New Delhi road anyway (cockroaches and all)! That’s what real life is about.
During my travels I’ve met some cool people (and some arseholes), and some inspirational people. Someone suggested I write down where I’ve been, what I’ve seen and how I got there.
This is my diary.
